JR Water injection questions

I SECOND what BXSI said about watching the bottle.
I recently installed the Snow Performance kit and with straight alcohol, the car will not ping what so ever. As soon as that bottle ran out...I would start to hear a slight ping. This tells me that my Hondata was tuned very aggressively without the water injection. This is probably why I am making 252 horsepower on a dynapack.

Anyhow, it would be interesting to see how much more horsepower I can extract..... as soon as I can save up some cash, I will head back to the Dyno.

Bryan good to see you finally got that snow performance kit up and running. nice numbers you made as well.

217gsr my distributor is at full advance, but i have a hondata so it may be retarded some places along the revband as well. But before the hondata was tuned and with the alky injection and 440cc injectors i was also running full advance on the distributor.

How many degrees advanced is full distributor advance?

i'm not positive, but i think it's somewhere around 21 degrees or so.

I am running 18 degrees advance with 50/50 alcohol/water and Hondata tuned.
